You will translate complex processes into engaging, digestible content and lead modern learning initiatives using digital tools and AI-powered solutions.

• Experience designing and delivering training within sourcing, procurement, or commercial operations.
• Strong instructional design capability with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Excellent facilitation skills for virtual and in-person learning.
• Knowledge of LMS and learning technology trends.
• Experience with automation or AI-enabled workflows in sourcing or procurement.
