NSI Group, LLC in Europe (Spain preferred) seeks a Director of Sourcing to secure a resilient, cost-competitive global supply chain for strategic raw materials, while mitigating volatility and disruptions.

You will lead supplier development across Africa, India, Southeast Asia and the Americas, negotiate favorable terms, and collaborate with Sales, Product Development, Quality, Operations, and Finance.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in commodity trading, with a focus on organic food ingredients.
• Experience sourcing at least one commodity or product category and ability to expand into additional categories.
• Proven track record developing suppliers and sourcing programs across multiple regions.
• Strong understanding of commodity economics, landed costs, freight, tariffs, FX, and supply chain risk.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for NSI's raw materials.
• Build global supply chains to enable product innovation and growth.
• Identify and develop strategic suppliers across key regions.
• Lead negotiations for supply agreements and forward-buying strategies.
• Monitor markets and provide actionable pricing recommendations.
• Travel internationally approximately 40% to supplier origins and events.
• Align sourcing with sales, product development, quality, operations, and finance.
• Implement supplier performance management including scorecards and governance.
