Rondo Energy in Madrid is seeking a Director, Global Supply Chain & Strategic Sourcing to lead sourcing strategy and supplier partnerships to scale the RHB globally. You will own sourcing strategy for critical equipment, establish scalable commercial frameworks, and build a resilient global supply base.

Collaborate with Engineering, Project Delivery, Manufacturing, Finance, Legal and leadership to balance cost, quality, capacity, risk, and schedule.

Formación

• Ten+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain, or procurement with global scope.
• Experience sourcing industrial equipment for capital projects ( boilers, heat exchangers ).
• Strong ability to negotiate complex industrial equipment agreements and manage long-lead procurement.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Project Delivery, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance and Legal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global supply chain strategy aligned with product, project delivery and growth goals.
• Build and manage a scalable supplier network for equipment, components, and services.
• Translate requirements into sourcing strategies, criteria, and commercial plans.
• Oversee supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and performance management.
• Establish senior-level supplier relationships and favorable terms on cost and risk.
• Develop long-lead equipment sourcing strategies aligned with milestones.
• Create commercial frameworks and payment structures for equipment purchases.
