Sibelco seeks a Global Energy Procurement Lead to manage energy category strategy and spend across regions. You will lead sourcing, hedging, and contracting decisions with internal stakeholders and external advisers.

The role requires ownership of complex sourcing, strong analytics, and experience in renewable energy solutions, with a senior, autonomous position within the procurement team.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Procurement, Business or related field.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in energy procurement or market analysis.
• Experience across countries and functions in an international environment.
• Fluent English in speech and writing.
• Strong data tools literacy and comfort with AI/data platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the energy category strategy across regions.
• Lead sourcing negotiations to deliver savings and ensure service continuity.
• Manage supplier relationships and regional/global frameworks.
• Identify eligible energy subsidies and assess sourcing implications.
• Provide market, supplier and commercial input to energy decisions.
• Lead procurement for PPAs, green certificates, and renewables.
