The role requires strong analytics, 5+ years in procurement, fluent English, and proven supplier management across international contexts.

Formación

• 5+ years of procurement or related roles.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive procurement activities within the assigned category.
• Identify and implement cost reduction and efficiency initiatives.
• Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and supplier evaluations.
• Act as primary contact for suppliers and manage relationships
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (R&D, Manufacturing, Logistics, Strategy)
• Lead and execute commercial negotiations at a global level
• Support supplier development and performance improvement initiatives
• Ensure alignment with global sourcing strategies and objectives
• Strong expertise in sourcing processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation
• Analyze market trends and translate insights into data-driven sourcing strategies
• Develop strategic supplier relationships and drive performance improvements
• Focus on cost, quality, and delivery while balancing commercial and operational priorities
• Exhibit cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence
