Vinarchy is seeking a Solutions Analyst, West to support the delivery, stability and continuous improvement of business applications across multiple functional domains.

The role partners closely with stakeholders across EMEA and The Americas to understand operational needs, identify opportunities for improvement, design and deliver solutions, and manage projects and initiatives from inception through to BAU transition.

Formación

• 3-5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in complex solution environments.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse and translate business processes and technical functions into actionable insights that support decision-making and performance improvement.
• Act as liaison between Solutions team and business stakeholders to ensure systems are supported, maintained and improved.
• Produce documentation including requirements, process maps, functional specifications, and user guides.
• Design and recommend scalable solutions to business challenges, incorporating new capabilities and enabling technologies.
• Develop solution support processes, service levels, escalation paths, and reporting frameworks.
• Manage and resolve complex application requests and incidents, providing 2nd/3rd line support.
