Logista is seeking a Corporate Solution Design & Continuous Improvement Manager to design, develop and implement scalable operational solutions across the group, supporting growth and transformation initiatives. The role combines solution design, project management and continuous improvement to optimize productivity, service, quality and cost across business units and countries.

• 5-8 years in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Consulting or Operational Excellence.
• Experience in solution design and operational modelling.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Experience developing KPI frameworks and operational dashboards.
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement.
• Experience in tendering processes, RFIs and RFPs.
• Experience in multinational environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end logistics and transportation solutions for growth and transformation.
• Lead diagnostics, process mapping, capacity assessments and network modelling.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses and investment evaluations.
• Benchmark best practices and emerging technologies for opportunity identification.
• Lead solution design for tendering and business development opportunities.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable operational solutions.
• Support RFIs, RFQs, RFPs with modelling, costing and solution definitions.
• Collaborate across BD, Operations, Engineering and Finance during tendering.
• Define capacity, productivity, staffing and roadmaps.
• Oversee projects from concept to deployment and value realization.
• Coordinate cross-country teams; ensure adoption of designed solutions.
• Participate in operational due diligence for acquisitions; assess capabilities.
• Identify risks, improvements and synergies; support post-merger integration.
• Deploy continuous improvement via Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, DMAIC.
