Essity’s MES team seeks an IT Business Analyst to connect business needs with technical experts across global sites. You will translate operational requirements into clear specifications and support delivering digital solutions that boost efficiency, quality, and business performance.

You will be part of an international team supporting Proficy MES and collaborating with factory operations, digitalization, and IT to enable continuous improvement and data-driven decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, engineering, or related field.
• Experience translating business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Experience supporting manufacturing IT interventions and digital transformation initiatives; familiarity with Proficy, Velotic MES, Azure DevOps, SQL or SAP is advantageous.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with business and technical teams to identify needs and priorities.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to align solutions with objectives.
• Support project planning, risk management, testing coordination, and deployment.
• Assist with change management, user training, and adoption of new workflows.
• Provide user support, incident handling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
