CEVA Logistics is seeking a Global Solution Design Manager to lead end-to-end bid processes, develop competitive pricing models, and coordinate with sales, finance and legal to optimize proposals. You will prepare compliant responses to tenders, manage data across Ariba and other portals, and engage with clients to secure favorable terms.

You will collaborate with Global, Regional and Local teams to ensure profitable, compliant bids and strengthen bidding approaches, while monitoring industry

Formación

• 10+ years’ experience in Customer Service Supervising or Pricing within freight forwarding.
• 8+ years Project / Oil & Gas experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret highly complex regulations and procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to persuade, influence, negotiate.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for tender inquiries and communications.
• Analyze and manage tenders, RFQs, and RFPs for IP&ES with local/regional/global teams.
• Design and provide technical solutions with SMEs from Engineering, Chartering, Operations, QHSE, Legal, Finance.
• Assess, review and evaluate tenders to verify pre-qualification criteria, exceptions, specs, and pricing.
• Prepare and submit accurate, compliant, and competitive commercial bid responses within deadlines.
• Develop competitive pricing models coordinating with global/local pricing teams.
• Collaborate with operations to design tailored logistics solutions for Project Logistics.
• Maintain bid trackers and analyze results for future improvements.
