CEVA Logistics is seeking a Performance & Efficiency specialist within the Global Business Excellence (BPE) division to define standards, deliver training, and monitor progress toward CEVA’s long-term strategy. You will drive governance, develop learning materials, and coach teams to achieve best practices across regions.

Formación

• Degree in engineering or related field; experience welcomed.
• 5–10 years in contract logistics operations and process excellence.
• Proven track record managing complex BPE projects.
• Expertise in change management and Lean / Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Govern governance, best practices, and consistency across regions.
• Develop training materials and run workshops.
• Coordinate global, regional, and country stakeholder engagement.
• Analyze performance and implement efficiency improvements.
• Lead change initiatives with structured communication.
• Identify risks and escalate issues to leadership.
• Define KPIs and provide transparent performance reports.
