Confidential is seeking a Tender Specialist to craft competitive air freight bid offers by dissecting requirements and guiding internal stakeholders through the bidding process.

You will manage complex RFQs, define pricing strategies, and ensure timely submission while maintaining quality. Working across Finance, Legal, HR, and Commercial teams, you will present pricing models to senior leadership and drive pipeline reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
• High fluency in Business English and strong literacy with standard office software.
• Experience in logistics pricing, tender management, or related fields preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning, organization, direction, and delivery of complex, large-scale global logistics RFQs.
• Schedule and facilitate internal communication milestones for each bid (kick-off, strategy review, risk assessments).
• Define and communicate pricing instructions, rate structures, and strategy to internal stakeholders.
• Perform rigorous data sanity checks, resolve discrepancies, manage version control, and ensure timely bid submission.
• Align objectives with customer requirements by analyzing rate data and inputs from Finance, Legal, HR, and Commercial teams.
• Present finalized pricing models and bid strategies to senior leadership for final sign-off.
• Track performance metrics, maintain pipeline reports, update RFQ statuses, and suggest process improvements.
• Train internal counterparts and stakeholders on tender tools, resources, and best practices.
