IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a Maintenance Associate to support study delivery during the maintenance phase of clinical trials. You will work with Maintenance Leads and CTRMs to ensure maintenance and regulatory activities are completed accurately and efficiently across assigned studies.

You will manage study information, timelines, and dashboards, collaborating with diverse stakeholders across time zones and geographies to deliver on budgets and quality commitments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in Life Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience, ideally in healthcare or a similar setting.
• Proficient in MS Office and business software.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support setup, updating, and ongoing maintenance of project systems and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet timelines, budgets, and compliance.
• Analyze dashboards to monitor study metrics and track regulatory activities.
• Identify risks and issues through data analysis and escalate appropriately.
