Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Site Activation focused professional to manage country-level activities, coordinating with SAMs and the PMO to ensure timely activation and regulatory compliance. You will review ICFs, IPs, ethics submissions, and related filings across sites, ensuring quality and alignment with SOPs.

Under supervision, you will support project timelines, maintain databases, and provide local expertise during planning and execution of activation tasks for multicenter studies.

Qualifications

• 1-year clinical research experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for investigative sites and project teams.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, WIs and project timelines.
• Perform site start-up and activation activities per regulations.
• Prepare and review site regulatory documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain internal systems with project-specific information and track documents.
• Provide feedback on site performance and plan project timelines.
