An established industry player is seeking a Global Service Manager to enhance IT operations within an agile DevOps team. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality service delivery across global environments while managing key IT operations, including asset management and onsite support services. We are looking for a Global Service Manager to join our AZ WorkS team, focusing on Onsite Support Services as part of an agile DevOps team. Your main goal will be to ensure high-quality service across the global AZ WorkS Environment and continuously improve service standards.
You will oversee key IT operations, including Asset Management, Onsite Services (IMAC / D), and the management of IT equipment installations, moves, adds, changes, and disposal. Additionally, you'll manage vending machines, remote diagnostics tools, asset platforms, and the Walk-in Center, providing immediate, face-to-face technical support.
