The role

Join our team as Global Service Design Lead - Security and spearhead the development and execution of top-tier services within the organization. Your role will be pivotal in crafting services from inception to delivery, ensuring they align seamlessly with our business objectives. You'll be at the heart of our SoftwareOne Microsoft Center of Excellence, focusing on Support and Managed Services among others.

Main responsibilities :

• Design and implement a best-in-class, cost-efficient service delivery model at both group and regional levels, aligned with on-the-ground experiences and improvement suggestions, driving innovation through automation and best practices, and contributing to the enhancement of Microsoft and SoftwareOne's Design and Delivery framework.
• Drive the creation of repeatable Microsoft Security solutions and accelerators, capitalizing on ongoing projects and partnership with Microsoft to package cutting-edge offerings accelerating time-to-value for SoftwareOne customers.
• Lead the technology collaboration with Microsoft, including the realization of joint Security offerings, ensuring our offerings are at the groundbreaking of technology and market needs.
• Work closely with internal Centres of Excellence and service units to promote integration and synergy across our Security initiatives, ensuring a cohesive approach to solution development and delivery.
• Define and implement delivery and product strategies that align with our corporate goals, driving growth and thought leadership in the Data & AI space.
• Elevate our delivery efforts by being a trusted advisor in the development of proposals, solution designs, and architectures, particularly for strategic customers and significant deals. Innovate in creating demos, POCs, and presales artifacts that underscore our value proposition.
• Lead our Security Advisory services, employing our established methodology and delivery toolkit, while continuously refining our practices based on market trends and feedback.
• Champion the development of our Swo Microsoft Security Portfolio development, setting global delivery standards and integrating repeatable components to stay ahead of technological advancements.
• Design delivery and pre-sales enablement initiatives, mapping providing expertise and knowledge transfer to enhance delivery effectiveness. Establish yourself as a thought leader through contributions to industry consortia and presence at local and international industry events.

What we need to see from you

• Extensive professional experience, including time as a project or product manager responsible for sophisticated services portfolios or projects - preferably with experience working in an international organisation.
• Detailed understanding of matrix organizational structures and the dynamics in the sales, pre-sales and delivery domains.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with cutting edge and legacy Security technologies and methodologies such as Entra ID (and AAD), Defender, Sentinel, Purview, Copilot for Security, to name a few.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Security technology and products. Candidates with relevant technical certifications will be preferred.
• Knowledge of Security concepts like Zero Trust, Threat Protection, Data Protection, SecOps and regulation like NIS2, DORA, CIS.
• Experience in service delivery model design and execution.
• Familiarity with Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence) for documentation and product management.
• Deep understanding of project management standards and methodologies.
• ITIL certification and extensive knowledge of designing services and process flows.
• An excellent command of English, both written and spoken, including C-level presentation skills.
• Solid business writing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
