A leading legaltech company specializing in providing advanced AI-powered tools for legal professionals is currently seeking a Global Senior Recruiter to help scale its international teams and attract top-tier talent in a fast-evolving, tech-driven environment.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle , from sourcing to onboarding
  • Designing and executing global recruitment strategies (UK, EEUU, and Spain) aligned with business goals
  • Partnering with hiring managers to define hiring needs and improve processes
  • Building and managing talent pipelines in tech and business areas
  • Enhancing employer branding with the Marketing team across global markets
  • Set KPI's and report on recruitment metrics

Core Skills / experience :

  • 5 years of experience recruiting tech and business profiles
  • Experience hiring for tech and business roles (e.g., solution architects, customer success, and key account executives, among others)
  • A proactive, strategic mindset with a hands-on attitude
  • Strong track record in building pipelines and sourcing hard-to-find talent
  • You are going to be a great fit if you are tech savvy and love exploring differnt tools
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
