The ideal candidate brings 4+ years CPM experience in oncology, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of clinical trial regulations to ensure timely and compliant execution.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years regional/global CPM experience with oncology trials.
• Strong background in clinical project management and study delivery.
• Experience applying ICH GCP and local regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for execution of clinical studies per contract, ensuring quality and delivery speed.
• Set objectives for core project team and communicate performance expectations.
• Lead bid defenses and manage smaller, regional studies where appropriate.
• Develop integrated study management plans with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor progress and manage risks, issues and change control.
• Ensure financial success and forecast opportunities to accelerate revenue.
