IQVIA is seeking a Senior Global Trial Manager to lead clinical delivery for large, multi-regional studies. You will work with clinical teams and cross-functional partners to ensure projects meet delivery requirements and quality standards.

The role emphasizes risk management, timelines, budget awareness, and proactive stakeholder communication to advance patients’ access to innovative therapies. Based on location, travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in health care or other scientific discipline required (per requirements).
• 3–5 years of prior relevant experience typical for this role.
• 7 years clinical research/monitoring experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure clinical delivery of assigned projects in compliance with regulatory requirements (ICH-GCP, protocol) and contract requirements.
• Accountable for meeting projects’ clinical targets.
• Contribute to development of the project risk mitigation plan and manage clinical risks through the lifecycle.
• Ensure clinical quality delivery by identifying quality standards and monitoring issues.
• Act as primary point of contact for the customer project manager and manage stakeholder landscape.
• Collaborate with clinical team to support milestone achievements and report to stakeholders as required.
• Resource planning for the clinical team and coordinating trainings.
• Mentor and coach new peers; participate in site visits as applicable.
