The Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Global Marketing Specialist to support our Global Segment Marketing strategy and execution. This is a junior-level role, ideal for someone looking to grow in a fast-paced, international marketing environment.

You will work within the Segment Marketing team to :

  • Support the development of customer segment expertise and marketing assets
  • Assist in executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for key segments and accounts
  • Support in global events organization
  • Coordinate internal communications and alignment between global and regional stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on the creation of marketing assets tailored to specific industry segments (health club, hospitality, MUH, etc.)
  • Contribute to ABM campaign planning and support execution across targeted accounts
  • Maintain and update segment-specific content repositories (market insights, presentations, brochures, templates)
  • Track campaign performance and assist in reporting and insights development
  • Help coordinate the creation of customer success stories and sales enablement tools
  • Assist in organizing internal alignment meetings and maintaining project timelines

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing, communications, or sales support role (B2B preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in
  • Detail-oriented, team-player, proactive, and comfortable working in an international matrix organization
