AXA Group Operations is seeking a seasoned project/program manager for Cyber Defense initiatives, including the Security Operations Center (SOC). You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets up to several million euros, and align security projects with AXA’s lifecycle processes.

Strong communication and stakeholder management across markets are essential, with a focus on automation and security tooling.

Formación

• Experience in security projects and programs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management within diverse technical and business communities.
• Proven ability to manage change and establish organizational processes.
• Expertise in requirements analysis and meeting security needs.
• Extensive third-party and quality management experience.
• Engineering or related degree; project management certification.
• Agile methodology knowledge is a plus; Lean/Six Sigma a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver security projects on time, on budget, and within scope.
• Lead project team including central team, market PMs and third parties.
• Review and negotiate project plans and schedules; maintain accountability for delivery.
• Establish KPIs to monitor performance; manage risks and issues.
• Communicate project status, budget/expenditure, and changes to stakeholders.
• Manage procurement and contract matters with Group Procurement.
• Drive SOC-related initiatives, tools deployment, and security solutions adoption.
