AXA Group is seeking a seasoned Cyber Defense Project Manager to drive security initiatives across international teams. You will lead cross-functional delivery, manage budgets, and ensure programs align with AXA lifecycle processes and governance.

You will oversee SOC-related projects, deploy new security tools, and support AXA entities in security transformation, leveraging automation and threat intel to improve detection and response capabilities. English fluency is required.

Formación

• Experience leading security projects and programs across international environments.
• Strong communication skills to engage technical and business stakeholders within AXA.
• Proven ability to drive organizational change and define governance processes.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements for security initiatives.
• Solid track record in third-party management and quality assurance for security programs.
• Engineering background with PM certifications and agile familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Own the operational delivery of security projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Lead project teams and collaborate with markets, central teams and third parties.
• Develop plans, schedules, KPIs and monitor progress against baselines.
• Ensure alignment with AXA project management lifecycle and governance.
• Manage budgets between 2–5M euros and track expenditures and risks.
• Act as liaison between Cyber Defense and technical/business communities; report status to stakeholders.
• Drive SOC expansion projects, tool deployments, and security transformation initiatives.
• Develop and implement automated playbooks for threat detection and incident response.
