We are seeking a skilled Global Security Manager to join our multinational organization based in Madrid. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the security function, defining key performance indicators and managing central teams and local personnel.

• Assume governance of the security function, define KPIs and manage central teams and local personnel;
• Coordinate and oversee security projects and works; manage contracts and security services and drive research for cost savings and synergies;
• Ensure conformity with global, country and local laws and regulations via the Enterprise Ethics Charter;
• Promote protection and prevention security within contractual relationships;
• Guarantee contract follow-up committees and participate in strategic committees for the function.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require :

• A degree in security, risk management or a related field (or higher education);
• No less than 10 years of progressive experience in security and risk management, preferably in the manufacturing industry, military or public security services;
• High-level English language skills (written and spoken);
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
