Bacardi is seeking an Advanced Planning System Lead – Demand Planning to mature SAP IBP Demand capabilities and embed advanced forecasting into daily operations. You will bridge global regions, shape the roadmap, and collaborate with Tech, Data, and regional planners to drive adoption and performance gains.

The role requires strong analytic skills, experience with IBP or similar APS, and a track record of translating complex solutions into business value.

Formación

• Expertise in SAP IBP Demand or similar APS with data quality and KPI reporting experience.
• Ability to translate complex tech into business value for planners.
• Experience aligning regional planning teams and change adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Shape the functional roadmap from data entry to predictive forecasting.
• Bridge to regional planning teams and drive change management.
• Collaborate with data scientists to embed ML/AI forecasting models.
• Lead training and documentation to enable adoption of IBP.
