Bacardi is seeking a Global Process Lead for Supply Planning to own end-to-end global planning and governance across IBP and S/4HANA. You will align processes with the Target Operating Model and manage data, interfaces, and execution readiness across multiple countries.

The role requires extensive SAP IBP experience, strong leadership, and ability to drive change with IT, business teams, and external partners. Remote-ready with global scope.

Formación

• Experience in leading global Supply and Production Planning design.
• Expertise with SAP IBP and S/4HANA integration for enterprise planning.

Responsabilidades

• Own global Supply and Production Planning process end-to-end.
• Govern blueprint, data readiness, and master data alignment.
• Lead fit-to-standard workshops and drive standardization.
• Coordinate with IT, SI partners, and data teams for SAP IBP design.
• Ensure go-live readiness and cross-functional change management.
