Job summary

Nordex Group is seeking an SAP Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d) to join our team in Tajonar, Spain. You will design, implement and continually improve SAP HCM solutions, collaborating with process owners, partners and IT providers.

The role involves leading projects or workstreams and coordinating external partners, while advancing SAP HCM across on-premise, H4S4 and SuccessFactors in an agile setting. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable.
• 5+ years of experience as an SAP-HCM consultant.
• Strong process and technical expertise in SAP HCM On-Premise, SuccessFactors and SAP-Fiori.
• Solid knowledge of SAP Payroll and Time Management processes.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies and processes; practical project experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of interface support and integration technologies, including IDocs and SAP CPI, is desirable.
• Fluent Spanish and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the SAP HCM solution in coordination with process owners, implementation partners and IT providers.
• Lead projects or workstreams and coordinate external implementation partners and internal stakeholders.
• Support Nordex by designing end-to-end processes for HCM in on-premise, H4S4 and SuccessFactors in an agile environment.
• Continuously expand your industry, technical and SAP knowledge.
