Job summary

RHI Magnesita Oviedo seeks a hybrid, full-time project coordination professional to drive end-to-end orders from receipt to delivery across Europe and beyond. You will manage transport schedules, demand planning, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time execution and accurate SAP entries.

Strong customer-focus and organizational skills are essential. Candidates should have experience in the glass or industrial sectors, and be proficient in SAP with excellent coordination abilities.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in project coordination within the glass or industrial applications industries.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and order management systems.
• Solid understanding of project management processes and customer service principles.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Leading the end-to-end coordination of project orders from receipt to delivery across multiple customers and countries
• Organizing transport schedules and inspection processes to guarantee on-time project execution
• Managing demand planning and forecasting to optimize supply chain and resource allocation
• Maintaining ongoing communication with customers and internal stakeholders to align on progress and requirements
• Overseeing accurate order entry and adherence to timelines in SAP and related systems
