Wolters Kluwer in the CP & ESG division seeks a Director to lead the SaaS Migration Program Execution for our global CCH Tagetik customers. You will own the transition from legacy deployments to the strategic cloud platform with new packaging and pricing models.

In this hands-on role you will coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Cloud Operations, Legal, Finance and Product to translate migration strategy into operational execution and ensure

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation, cloud migration, SaaS transition or customer lifecycle programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex enterprise customer implementations and migrations.
• Strong program management, stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Experience driving operational execution across commercial, technical and services organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee migration of commercial models for cloud customers still using legacy models.
• Lead both the commercial and technical migration for on-premise customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Cloud Operations, Legal, Finance and Product.
• Drive end-to-end migration execution with governance, risk management and delivery standards.
• Establish and operate the Migration Execution Office as the central coordination function.
• Define, monitor and improve migration KPIs, dashboards and reporting.
• Own migration capacity planning and execution readiness across supporting functions.
