Wolters Kluwer, based in Barcelona, seeks a Director, SaaS Migration Program Execution to oversee the migration of the existing customer base to the cloud, aligning commercial and technical transitions. You will lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Cloud Operations, Legal, Finance and Product, driving capacity planning, governance and program outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business or related field.
• 10+ years leading large-scale transformation, cloud migration, SaaS transition or customer lifecycle programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex enterprise customer implementations and migrations.
• Strong program management, stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

Responsabilidades

• Own the global SaaS migration portfolio across customer cohorts and geographies.
• Translate migration strategy into executable annual and quarterly plans.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Cloud Operations, Legal, Finance and Product.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of migrations (commercial and technical) from qualification to post-go-live.
• Define governance structures, KPIs and reporting for migration progress and outcomes.
• Ensure capacity planning and risk management throughout migration waves.
