Job summary

Fresenius seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager within Global Procurement, based in Barcelona. You will drive Source-to-Pay optimization, define global standards, and lead cross‑functional improvement initiatives across Europe.

You will act as SAP data owner, ensure compliant tool usage, and champion change management to sustain benefits across the organization. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's, 2+ years in procurement or BPM, and strong SAP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Min. 2 years of experience in operational procurement or business process management, ideally in medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
• Strong SAP MM and ERP experience; SRM tools familiarity preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the S2P process and procurement tool landscape.
• Analyze end-to-end workflows to identify inefficiencies and derive data-based actions.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and lead project teams.
• Define and deploy global S2P process and system standards with updated documentation.
• Act as process steward for BAU operations and ensure adherence to global standards in Europe.
• Serve as system expert for procurement tools with standardized usage.
• Promote CI culture by enabling best practices and capability building.
• Support transformation initiatives as a process SME, including fit-gap analysis and testing readiness.
• Serve as SAP data owner for Global Procurement, including user creation and risk mitigation tasks.
