Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Procurement or related field.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Ability to manage complex multi-country sourcing projects.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute sourcing initiative pipeline across digital categories.
• Define and implement category strategies with managers' recommendations.
• Consolidate global business needs to optimize negotiations.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives focusing on BOI improvement.
• Develop supplier market insights with stakeholders across domains.
• Deliver savings pipeline aligned with targets.
• Coach Global Buyers on strategies and negotiation tactics.
• Communicate ongoing sourcing activities within and across domains.
• Engage proactively with other Procurement Domains.
• Deliver robust supplier management with reviews and performance metrics.
• Master Procurement topics: TCO, SRM, risk, CSR, HSE, compliance.
• Collaborate with procurement services to leverage back-office support.
