Adevinta seeks an experienced RTR Global Process Owner to lead end-to-end Record-to-Report across international markets from its Barcelona hub. You will own process design, governance, and continuous improvement, collaborating with accounting, controlling, FP&A, and external auditors.

The role requires deep RTR expertise, SAP (S/4HANA), and a track record of driving standardization and efficiency in a multinational setting. Fluency in English is essential; other European languages are a plus.

Formación

• +5 years experience in RTR or Global Process Owner roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional accounting qualification preferred.
• Deep knowledge of RTR including GL, Intercompany, Close, MDM, Fixed Assets, Payroll accounting interfaces.
• Strong IFRS/multi-GAAP knowledge and SOX experience.
• Fluent English; additional European languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain end-to-end RTR process framework across markets.
• Define and enforce global RTR standards.
• Escalation point for RTR issues; drive governance.
• Lead RTR governance forum with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Controlling, FP&A, Treasury, and auditors.
• Translate complex topics into clear management reporting.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and SOX.
