Responsibilities

• Preboarding of new hires and onboarding tasks with external supplier.
• Update databases and personnel files; ensure onboarding documents are signed.
• Offboarding support and documentation with external provider.
• Review payroll reports and liaise with accounting on payroll questions.

The role

We are looking for a HR Labor Relations Internship to join our HR team and support Payroll and Labor Relations operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in payroll processes, employee data management, and administrative tasks in a dynamic and international environment.

Responsibilities:

Preboarding of new hires. Support tasks related to:

• Communication with the employees for the onboarding.
• Management of the new hire with the external supplier.
• Database update + personnel file.
• Control of the signature of the onboarding documents.

Offboarding of employees. Support tasks related to:

• Review of the offboarding variables and communication with the external provider.
• Sending documentation to offboarders.
• Database update + personnel file.

Support tasks related:

• Documentation management and communication with the corresponding administration.
• Communication of the garnishment to the external supplier.
• Database update + personnel file.

Accounting reports. Support tasks related to:

• Review of payroll reports (extra pay, holidays, etc.).
• Communication and resolution of doubts with the accounting department.

Requirements:

• Currently studying or recently graduated in HR or RRLL.
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of payroll concepts is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and other payroll-related tools.
