Glovo in Barcelona seeks a Reporting and Controlling Manager to lead a team of 5-6 Accountant Controllers and own the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting to Delivery Hero. You will strengthen the control environment around the close and drive IFRS reporting and consolidation.

You will design controls, mentor staff, and manage cross-functional projects with corporate and local accounting teams, ensuring high-quality disclosures and performance metrics.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of accounting, reporting and consolidation experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and control-matrix design experience.
• Proven hands-on leadership in a corporate setting and effective stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a structured approach to deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Own global month-end close and monthly reporting to Delivery Hero, including KPIs and FTEs.
• Design and implement controls over the financial close with a risk-based approach.
• Lead IFRS consolidation reviews and address inconsistencies before stakeholders.
• Coach and develop the team; partner with local and HQ finance on close, controls and projects.
• Drive initiatives on OneStream, ERP and reporting package implementations.
