Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. invites applications for Work and Family Life Specialist (Remote). The role delivers one-on-one consultations and group workshops in support of FFSP areas, including deployment support and relocation assistance, via in-person, webinar, video, email, and phone.

Travel may be extensive to support ships and international locations. Candidates should live in Europe or the Americas with SOFA eligibility, and bring a bachelor’s degree in a social science field or equivalent

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or four years’ equivalent experience in social science fields.
• Experience presenting and facilitating trainings for diverse groups.
• Familiarity with FFSP programs and remote training delivery.
• Strong technical ability to set up devices for travel and manage virtual sessions.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-person and virtual workshops for service members and families.
• Provide one-on-one consultations on Work and Family Life topics.
• Deliver location-specific information and referrals in-person or virtually.
• Support disaster preparedness or crisis response globally, including naval ships.
• Record activities in the government system of record and coordinate with FFSP stakeholders.
