Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in science, medicine, regulatory, public policy, legal, healthcare, or related field.
• Early-career experience or demonstrable interest in regulatory affairs or health policy.
• Ability to conduct structured research and identify key facts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to summarize complex information for diverse audiences.
• Good organizational and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyse, and interpret emerging legislation, HTA developments, and industry trends.
• Translate external developments into implications and actions for AstraZeneca’s priorities.
• Assess policy developments beyond medicines regulators and healthcare agencies.
• Lead or contribute to analyses on innovative trial designs, real-world evidence, and digital tools.
• Support development of policy positions, consultation responses, and briefing documents.
• Coordinate cross-functional input to maintain a clear, evidence-based voice.
• Identify and deliver relevant Calls for Comment and external consultations.
• Provide regulatory intelligence support to therapeutic areas and regions.
