Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Post Market Surveillance Specialist to support the Regulatory Department by reviewing and following up on product complaints, determining vigilance requirements, and gathering supporting data. The role interfaces with regional teams and regulators to ensure compliant post-market activities.

Qualifications

• 6 months–2 years of experience in complaint handling for medical devices.
• Understanding of EU MDR and FDA regulations (basic knowledge a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates incoming complaint information and maintains records in the electronic database.
• Processes, records, and closes complaint-handling activities promptly.
• Conducts follow-up investigations with internal resources, field personnel and/or customers.
• Determines reportability of complaints per regulatory requirements.
• Acts as interface between regional teams and regulatory/post-market surveillance groups.
