BD is seeking a Senior Real Estate Manager to advise leadership on planning and optimizing the Real Estate Portfolio globally. You will partner with regional and business leaders to understand strategies and drive real estate initiatives across manufacturing, distribution, offices and labs.

You will manage capacity, Capex prioritization, and strategic transformations while maintaining a central repository of leases and titles, and delivering KPI dashboards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 7–10 years professional experience in global real estate management.
• Experience managing mixed portfolios (Manufacturing and Office).
• Understanding of real estate dynamics and lease contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Assess business case, develop roadmaps and manage brokers to execute real estate strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage capacity, prioritize Capex and facilities budget.
• Lead real estate due diligence inputs for M&A and support integration planning.
• Negotiate with landlords to achieve below-market rents and flexible terms.
• Maintain centralized database of leases, titles, and related assets; monitor renewals and taxes.
• Prepare dashboard reporting for Real Estate KPIs to drive portfolio performance.
• Partner with BD real estate service providers and cross-functional teams to secure approvals.
