SanLucar seeks an experienced R&D Strategy & Project Manager to transform strategies into impactful initiatives. You will drive varietal strategy, coordinate cross-functional projects with R&D, Commercial, Product, Finance and Legal, and deliver on business objectives.

The role requires a strategic mindset with strong execution, stakeholder management, and analytical capabilities to ensure governance and timely delivery across global projects.

Formación

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of experience in PMO, business transformation or related areas.
• Advanced English and Spanish; French is a plus.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Experience with project management methodologies and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Translate strategic priorities into actionable project plans and roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects across R&D, Commercial, Product, Finance and Legal.
• Coordinate timelines, milestones, resources and dependencies; identify risks and mitigations.
• Act as the interface between R&D and Commercial/Product teams; align market needs with projects.
• Develop business cases and support portfolio prioritization and licensing discussions.
• Prepare decision materials and board reporting; ensure governance across initiatives.
