Glovo is seeking a Finance & Ops Lead for Marketplace Experience to own the financial narrative, cost performance, and governance of the Customer Refunds & Compensations team globally. You will drive cost efficiency and lead global cost-saving projects with a budget of high double-digit millions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• 5+ years in Finance, FP&A, Controlling, Strategy, or Operations.
• Ability to connect operational metrics to financial impact.
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders to drive global cost-saving projects.
• Analytical, data-driven, and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage R&C financial KPIs across global teams and govern cost performance.
• Lead FP&A, BP and BE revisions with a focus on high-ROI interventions.
• Challenge regional teams on cost deviations with measurable action plans.
• Lead Monthly Finance Review and performance storytelling for senior management.
• Drive global cost optimization and develop scalable dashboards for decision-making.
