A global healthcare company is seeking a Global Quality Manager to oversee quality systems and policies across their Biopharma Business Unit. This role demands significant experience in quality management and project oversight, along with strong analytical and communication skills. Formación

  • 8-10 years of experience managing quality systems, including change control and suppliers qualification.
  • Experience in project management essential.
  • Good understanding of quality standards relevant to Biological products.

Responsabilidades

  • Issue and review Global Quality Policies across all Biopharma sites.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to drive quality innovation.
  • Coordinate implementation of electronic Quality Management Systems.

Responsibilities
  • Issue and review Global Quality Policies and ensure their implementation in all the sites within the Biopharma Business Unit
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality management practices to drive innovation and improvement
  • Foster harmonization of Quality Systems across Biopharma sites
  • Coordinate Global Change Controls
  • Coordinate global suppliers’ qualification and performance monitoring
  • Coordinate the implementation of electronic Quality Management Systems
  • Coordinate global Quality projects and initiatives
  • Coordinate global Quality working groups comprised of different key users of the Biopharma sites
  • Perform oversight of Quality Systems and escalate risks detected to Senior Management
  • Evaluate new applicable regulations and ensure their timely implementation
  • Provide continuous support to the Quality areas of Biopharma

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences or a related field
  • 8-10 years of experience managing quality systems is required: change control, suppliers qualification and CAPA systems.
