DigiProces is seeking a Quality Manager to lead our global quality strategy within the EMS sector, driving compliance with customer standards, regulatory requirements, and business goals. You will oversee Customer Quality, Repair and fault analysis, and the QMS, guiding a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellence.

The role emphasizes leadership, continuous improvement, and a data-driven mindset, with responsibilities across internal processes, supplier quality, and project execution.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in quality leadership positions.
• Experience in industrial or EMS environments.
• Management of multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience working with OEM customers and high-end projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the organization's global quality strategy to ensure client standards and regulatory compliance.
• Direct responsibility for Customer Quality, Repair and fault analysis, and QMS.
• Drive a culture of quality, continuous improvement and operational excellence across the company.
