Prime Vigilance Ltd. in Madrid is seeking a Manager, Commercial Quality to oversee Quality operations across the Ergomed Group. The ideal candidate will lead Quality activities, ensure compliance with GxP regulations, and mentor team members for competence in quality management.

Applicants should hold a degree in Life Sciences or a related field and have proven experience in client-facing roles, project management, and the preparation of quality assurance materials. A supportive working environment promotes personal and professional growth.

Formación

• Proven experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
• Experience in preparing client-facing materials and presentations.
• Knowledge of pharmacovigilance and clinical processes.
• Experience in contributing to proposals and RFP responses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Quality operations within Ergomed Group.
• Manage Quality Cost Grids and provide RFI support.
• Drive quality input into client proposals and meetings.
• Develop commercial materials to support Quality as a Service.
• Prepare and analyze Commercial Quality-related metrics.

Conocimientos

Client-facing and stakeholder management

Preparing presentations and client materials

Knowledge of pharmacovigilance

Project management experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Educación

Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field
