Quaker Houghton is seeking a Global Quality Assurance Director to drive the development and continuous improvement of quality programs across regions. You will lead regional Quality teams, embed a strong quality culture, and ensure compliance with ISO and regulatory standards while collaborating with Supply Chain, Operations, R&D and Commercial functions.

You will mentor regional leaders, manage audits and certifications, and leverage QMS data (Sphera) for root-cause analysis and CAPA execution.

Formación

• Proven experience leading Quality Management Systems within a global, multi-site manufacturing environment.
• Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 and IATF 16949; strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma; Black Belt preferred).
• Bachelor level technical/scientific background; advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a global team of Quality professionals across Americas, APAC and EMEA; develop a 3-year strategic roadmap.
• Own the QMS, drive performance and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate audits and maintain ISO certifications; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with stakeholders to optimize processes and reduce cost of poor quality.
