Job summary

LyondellBasell Industries seeks a Quality Excellence Management Representative to support the company-wide Quality Management System and ensure compliance with ISO standards. The role emphasizes auditing, standardization, and continual improvement across manufacturing, labs, and supply chain.

You will provide leadership in Quality Management for regional business groups and manufacturing teams, focusing on customer satisfaction and prevention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or other technical field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Quality related roles.
• Experience in ISO9001, ISO14001/IATF Certification.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Six Sigma, Statistical Analysis, Quality Tools (FMEA, PPAP, APQP).
• Project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to summarize information and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, SPC, Capability Studies, Regression Analysis, Graphical Analysis, Gage R&R, Measurement System Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in Quality Management for Regional Business Groups and Manufacturing Quality Teams, including QMS Audits and Certifications.
• Process Owner for QMS, Quality Critical Standards and QMS Audits.
• Responsible for the Quality Policy, Quality Manuals, Risks and Opportunities, and the scope of the QMS.
• Analyze metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Promote a quality culture focusing on prevention, standard work and risk-based thinking.
• Report to Management on QMS performance and resource needs.
• Develop and communicate RACI analyses for QMS Processes with global vs regional ownership.
• Support for Special Projects.
