Job summary

Galderma is seeking a Global Quality Compliance Inspection Readiness & EMEAC Audits Manager to lead and coordinate regionally managed quality audits across EMEAC, ensuring risk-based planning, execution, and timely closure. You will establish a sustainable global inspection readiness framework and build auditing capabilities within regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a role focused on audit management in a Pharma/Medical Devices environment.
• Broad types of audits performed covering the regulated areas pertaining to Galderma's portfolio (cosmetics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals)
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate regionally managed Quality audits (internal, external, and supplier) across EMEAC.
• Establish and govern a sustainable global inspection readiness framework for regulatory inspections.
• Build, maintain, and enhance auditing capabilities within regions.
• Proactively monitor regulatory trends and inspection outcomes to strengthen compliance posture.
• Lead end-to-end execution of internal, supplier, distributor, and third-party audits for EMEAC.
