Job summary

B&B Manufacturing Co. is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the quality organization, develop frontline leaders, and strengthen accountability across manufacturing and new product introduction.

You will drive continuous improvement, partner with Operations and Engineering, and build customer confidence through robust quality programs. The role emphasizes capability-building, problem-solving at the appropriate level, and leadership excellence to support growth and regulatory requirements such as

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in quality or manufacturing.
• 2+ years of successful people leadership experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Ability to develop leaders and improve organizational performance.
• Experience with metrics to manage risk and drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Engineering, Inspection, and related functions.
• Set departmental goals, KPIs and allocate resources.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Improve First Pass Yield, Cost of Poor Quality and supplier performance.
• Present quality performance and improvement plans to leadership.
• Maintain QMS compliance with AS9100/ISO standards.
• Partner with Operations and Engineering to strengthen prevention.
