Jobtailor seeks a global Quality & Regulatory Compliance Lead based in Madrid to oversee regulatory adherence across IAG Cargo operations and to design and manage a group-wide quality assurance programme. You will drive non-compliance remediation and support safety, security, and operational standardisation across the network.

The role demands strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and experience with regulatory frameworks; NEBOSH/Quality Auditor qualifications are advantageous.

Formación

• Experience with regulatory frameworks and quality systems.
• Strong ability to analyse data and present findings.
• Proven track record in contract and supplier management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide oversight of IAG Cargo's global operations across IAG operating companies regarding regulatory requirements and IAG Cargo standards.
• Develop and deliver a quality assurance programme.
• Support the business in identifying and addressing non-compliance.
• Work across a worldwide network of insourced and outsourced operations.
• Design, implement, and manage group safety, security, and operations standards aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Manage group approvals and licenses, ensuring required approvals are in place and complied with.
• Oversee network performance through a quality assurance programme.
• Provide regional support and advice on aviation security, health and safety, and quality management.
• Develop and manage audit and inspection plans for the IAG Cargo network.
• Ensure compliance with EASA OPS, other regulations, operating-company policies, and IAG Cargo standards.
• Recommend corrective actions for shortfalls and monitor completion.
• Investigate safety and security incidents as required.
• Produce reports on findings, observations, and recommendations.
• Support development, implementation, and maintenance of global technical standards.
• Support obtaining and maintaining regulatory approvals.
• Produce trend analysis, metrics, analytics, and reporting across operations.
