  • Secure QMS compliance by contributing to the integrity of the Quality Management System in front of official regulations and requirements (EN9100, PECAL/AQAP, Part 21/145).
  • Manage non‑conformances and incidents by launching corrective and preventive actions, leading root cause analysis investigations (PPS, 5Why's, RCA), and managing customer complaints.
  • Monitor and optimize logistics flows by surveying the aeronautical material reception flow at the Logistics Service Provider, tracking quality performance, and updating key KPIs.
  • Drive continuous improvement by deploying optimization projects to increase process performance, product adherence to standards, and customer satisfaction using Lean methods.
  • Foster cross‑functional collaboration by working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and auditing teams (both internal and external) to ensure alignment with production requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Quality, Logistics, Production, or Manufacturing, with a strong understanding of airworthiness.
  • Technical knowledge: Strong experience with quality tools (8D, PPS, RCA), Lean methods, and process improvement.
  • Languages: Advanced/Negotiation level in English.
  • Soft skills: High level of accountability, zero‑defect mindset, risk‑based thinking, and strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of Civil and Military approvals (EASA/CAA/FAA), Quality IT tools, and an advanced level of French will be highly valued. Willingness to travel and work in different shifts if required.
Benefits
  • Vacation days plus additional days‑off throughout the year.
  • Attractive salary.
  • Hybrid model of working when possible, promoting work‑life balance.
  • Collective transport service subject to working calendar/home location.
  • Life insurance, health insurance, employee stock options, retirement plan, or study grants.
  • On‑site facilities (free canteen, kindergarten, medical office).
  • Possibility to collaborate in different social and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
  • Excellent upskilling opportunities and great development prospects in a multicultural environment.
  • Option to access special rates in products & benefits.
