Job summary

IAG Cargo is seeking a QA and Compliance professional to oversee global operations and drive a robust quality assurance programme across the group. You will audit, investigate incidents, and support regions on security, health, and safety standards.

Experience with regulatory frameworks, EASA OPS, and supplier management is essential; NEBOSH or equivalent is preferred. This role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and financial literacy are essential.
• Experience in regulatory framework and quality assurance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage quality assurance standards across IAGC.
• Provide support to regions on aviation security, health and safety, and quality.
• Develop audit plans ensuring compliance with EASA OPS and group policies.
• Investigate safety and security incidents and report findings.
