Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; extensive CAPA and GCP knowledge preferred.
• Experience in audit and inspection management and root cause analysis.
• Ability to lead, mentor and train CAPA teams.
• Strong documentation practices and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor CAPA management team to drive improvement and compliance.
• Assess investigations, ensure root cause analysis and effective corrective actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process gaps and ensure quality processes.
